Smile residents get access to the fitness center! Smile Student Living is elated to bring all of our residents this exciting amenity. The main fitness area includes treadmills, ellipticals, a stair climber, weight machines, free weights, and more! Enjoy the virtual classroom offering LesMills Classes. The fitness center is open 24/7.

CONFERENCE ROOMS
Book a conference room at The Flamingo!
Reservable Room Rules and Regulations:
- Have fun!
- Limit four (4) individuals per room.
- Residents can make reservations for the conference rooms for 2 hours or less.
- Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. All reservations take precedence for using the space.
- Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. Visit our Micro Market if you want to purchase something to eat or drink. Just be sure to clean up after!
- Please return the room back to its original set up.
- Put the furniture back in its original location.
- Clean off the whiteboard (if applicable).
- Toss out any trash in the trash cans.
- WIFI is available. Please see the front desk for details.
- In the event of damage, the resident is responsible for reimbursement.
- Enjoy studying. Please keep noise to a reasonable level.
RESIDENT LOUNGE
The Flamingo Resident Lounge is available for all Smile residents. Stop by to print your class project using our PrintWithMe printer, grab a snack from our Micro Market, or hang out and play games or study with friends using our flexible seating options. Book our reservable conference rooms to meet and prepare for a group project.
